I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. Here, I got a complimentary welcome drink and staff were always there to help with tours and tickets. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including an iron, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. Plus, the location above The Good Burger restaurant was a real treat. The housekeeping and laundry services were top notch and I felt very well taken care of during my stay.
This venue is a great option for families!

The staff at Sercotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and recommendations to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Valencia. The location of the hotel was perfect, great to easily explore the City of Arts and Sciences and visit the Oceanographic. We also found it convenient that there were bus stops nearby, providing easy access to the beach, old town, train station, and Albufera nature reserve. the hotel was surrounded by great tapas and coffee shops, making it easy to find delicious food and drinks in the area.

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to a huge park, offering a peaceful and green environment. it is close to the city's main attractions, allowing easy access to all the sightseeing spots. The rooms are modern and beautifully renovated, providing a comfortable stay for guests.
The breakfast options, although satisfactory, could use some improvement in terms of variety and catering to specific dietary needs.

The staff was kind and helpful. They were really good too fulfill my wishes and answer all of my questions. The breakfast was delicious and elegantly served by friendly waiters. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of a museum and close to the main attractions. There are also numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is small and well-maintained, withnice and neat rooms. The beds were big and cozy, and the shower was spacious. The rooms also had Smart TVs, a nice bonus.
Nothing to complain about at all.
